They buy properties that are barely worth the money that they rent them out for. They buy up economy apartments by the hundreds and then rent them out at ridiculous prices. I don't see how an economy apartment is worth 800 bucks a month. We recently got new washers and dryers which are very nice, but they don't accept quarters and it costs a total of $6 for dryer and washer. They also installed locks on the front entrances without talking to any of the tenants. They also will charge you an extra one hundred dollars a month just for pets. They will also send you an eviction warning if your more than 3 days late on tent. Probably one of the scumiest property management companies I have ever come across. They basically treat their tenants like cattle. Overall, absolutely disgusting business p

I live in the Brickyard Commons in Ankeny. Premier has been the most expedient, professional, considerate real estate agent I have ever had. Their maintenance team is fast, fixed my issues within days of my maintenance requests, and thorough, and most of all were understanding and courteous when I didn't know the specific problem. They identified it and solved my issues quickly and thoroughly. Thanks guys, I used to fear filing maintenance requests, now I don't! As if you had a choice, stay awesome!

The staff is very professional. They respond promptly and efficiently to any issues that may occur. The maintenance technician goes above and beyond to resolve any concerns.The unit I moved into was ideal and exemplary in regards to overall quality. We rented a townhouse through Premier and they were always great to work with. Maintence was always quick and done correctly. The leasing process was easy and hassle free. We ended up having a safety incident, completed unreleated to Premier or the property owner that required us to relocate. Brittany and Erin were tremendously helpful in getting our lease terminated early and took extra steps to make our transition easier all while communicating with us through the process.

I live at Ankeny Acres 218 NW Chapel Dr. and Premier just took over management. I now have to pay for extra garbage charges because the whole neighborhood uses our dumpster and I get to share the cost of the washer and dryer in the hall that I never use! My rent is different every month which is just wrong. Maybe Premier should redo IT'S budget and live with it's means instead of passing all the cost on to the renter. BTW it's a 500 square foot apt with 30 years old everything.
