The whole management crew are great! My apartment is lovely! The office manager worked expediently to get me into my apartment. She has amazing skills. The assistant manager was very patient with me and walked me through the process with extreme kindness. I highly recommend Postwoods!! Thank you Postwoods Staff!!
The manager and the assistant manager jemiah are helpful i’m a new resident and I had a great experience with them overall they have a great personality and they listen to the tenant and ask them. What would they like and the process went very good . Highly recommend
I’ve been a tenant for 13 years. I chose to stay because of convenience and my neighbors look out for each other. There’s many things I could complain about, but I try to keep the peace. Today, I was finally able to get someone out to clean HVAC. Unfortunately, the company couldn’t perform the task due to equipment. However, I’m upset because I deal with respiratory health. I have poor ventilation after years I’ve never knew it could be a hvac/mold problem. I never lived in one unit for this long. The current management may not be aware but it has flooded here and i dealt with a slow leak from ceiling that was patched up. And pipes burst when my neighboring unit was vacant. I find it hard to communicate with this staff, it’s like them against us. I really hope that things could change and
The new management has a clear bias towards people of color. I never make reviews, but wow, I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior in my life. They are condescending and rude, and they’re not afraid to show it to your face during their unexpected home visits. They have a clear agenda to gentrify the complex, hence why they are the least understanding of low-income tenants and refuse to fix anything. They are 21st-century slum lords, who are passively casting out tenants. Do not rent from here; your home will not feel like a home.
manager is trash and she’s rude and disrespectful. they make you pay unnecessary bills and they think they own your property
