These people don't never answer the phone and always have the staircase filthy elevator broken their a/c units are constantly failing and take forever to fix things. Ive been living here for 2 years already and its a constant battle between maintenance and office. Out of the two years here i have not been able to speak with someone from the office more than once. Normally if your going to be late on your rent you can reach out and advise them the date you will pay the remaining balance and go on about your day, instead they threaten by putting a 3 day notice to change my locks even though i have a deposit paid from the day we moved in. I believe someone should legally look into this and help out the people that are working hard paying $2,000 of rent. They dont check they deposit box for

Horrible place to live! They shoot every other day! Neighbors rude LOUD and annoying! The price is 1400 but not worth it! What they won’t tell you is that the apartment comes with bed bugs MICE and hella roaches!! They paint over messed up stuff.. ohhh yea they have a OLD maintenance man who don’t understand English and the landlord don’t care! They lie about giving you your money back when you move and I ain’t get nothing . They ignore your phone calls and texts! SAVE YOUR MONEY MOOOOVVVVVEEEEE ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! I got pictures of the apartment roaches even the mices!! #DONTDOIT #NOTWORTHIT
