Town Center Apartments in Opa-Locka

Pleased to say that I have lived here at Town Center Apartments going on four years. All that I can say is that this is Home. The staff starting with Gina the Manager are all extremely professional and at the same time caring individuals. The apartments are very spacious, well appointed and well maintained. The building is also well maintained and was recently painted, it looks like a new building. It's a great place to live, the rent is affordable.

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Town center apartments, especially in regards to the manager Gina. She is exceptional and professional. The staff made me feel at home. The upkeep of the building by a wonderful friendly maintenance staff is excellent. I am proud to call it home.

I would like to take this time and thank the management team at Town Center Apartments in Opa-Locka, FL. The way they treat my mother which is a tenant at this specific property is superb. Anything that my mom needs help with Gina always makes availability when available to sit and explain anything that my mother might need help with. Her customer Service is excellent, her charisma is great and the way that i have seen her interact with other tenants has also been excellent.. The building is always clean and smelling great and anything that needs to be fixed or replaced Maintenance always response in a timely matter.

My Aunt been living here 4years it's nice and spacious. Only thing is some residents are very Noisy

This building is beautiful. It's always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff and the property manager are excellent.
