Big League Management

Someone went into the system and deleted a maintenance request on November 21. I have brought this to the attention of someone they told me they would get back to me and have not responded to me since that was a month ago. They never figured out who deleted it. Twice, payment has not gone through when I have sufficient funds. The second time they decided to file evictions papers. The repairs are still not made. The lady that they have in the office is rude and loves to create drama and insult people which doesn’t help. Conveniently my payment was returned the day after I hand-delivered a notice, letting them know that I would withhold rent until the repairs were made. If I could give this company negative zero stars I will. Big League is Horrible and is really disgusting how in these times they are doing there tenants. Evicting families while we all are in the middle of a pandemic. The Apartments are Infested, The ceiling is caving in, The Bathroom has mold. I've ask for help, but the up keeping of there property is not important to them ,Money Is!!!! I don't recommend anyone no matter how bad or how fast you need a place to move in any of there properties. it will be like living on the street with the rodents. Some people are not meant to be Landlords or have properties and Big League one of them. Stay Away!! I Cant Wait until the Day Code Enforcement come and condemn these buildings unlivable.

Been living with Big League management since 2008 and I wouldn’t live any where else. They are always quick to fix any of my issues. 10/10 for the office staff. <3

Did not have a great experience with Big League Management or Big League Ventures whatever name they hiding behind. I understand landlords don't want tenants living int he unit so long; I been renting form the same company for 9-10 years great rental history; however the last 7 years i resided in one of their apartments. the whole time, while i still made rental payments, and then when i gave in, even though i did not have the funds to move; then they decided to fix the ceiling the first week of June. If I could give this rental office a negative 1,000 stars I most definitely WOULD. Big League is Horrible with there line of communication with there tenants and lack compassion and empathy! Especially in the current pandemic that we have been experiencing since 2019! Evicting A single mother with an 8 year old who was NEAR DEATH with COVID for 2 months and out of work is beyond crazy. Especially when reaching out to other sources for help..in receiving that help! Big league still “couldn’t wait for the check” and processed an eviction while we all are in the middle of a pandemic. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this place smh
