Mirage at Sailboat Cove

Dirty, kids everywhere all times of night, shootings, fights, plumbing is terrible. Toilets back up and feces backs up into the tubs. They get you with the 0 deposit but it’s not worth it. Don’t do it

This is the worse HOA company. Joaquin and and none of the board members never answered anything.

I use to be a tenant at Mirage at Sail Boat Cove when they first built them on the other side the townhouses are so beautiful. The Manager at Sail boat Cove since the first day I meet her greeted me and my children with so much love and respect. She is a beautiful person inside and out I seen people try to tear those beautiful town houses down and she fought with dignity to keep it safe, and clean, and worth your money. It’s not her it’s the people I seen it with my own eyes I stand 10 toes down on every word that is spoken out of my mouth may GOD keep Mrs. Carla and her wonderful staff covered with GOD and she keep the grace of GOD with her! Oh yea and she is very professional!

Ive been living here for 2 years & Carla has been nothing but nice & understanding to me & my family. The 4 bed and 2 1/2 bath are beautiful and spacious. You wont regret living here!

1/10. Moved here before it was redeveloped by Miami management and we were living here rent to own when each townhome was independently owned . Now since it was under new management, the place has become hell ! Carla the property manager has really made this place terrible. Multiple shootings and deaths here, if you think I’m lying look it up yourself. We were living here for almost 5 years and we finally decided to leave our home early this year. Not a safe environment for children, you are paying fee’s for appliances and amenities that are inaccessible and these unanimous fees ARE A VIOLATION of SECTION 8 guidelines. Directly in front of our home, a young boy was shot in the arm, 3 months prior a little boy was hit by a car driven by his kid brother !! And a death happened here in Februa
