I wish i could speak to manager/ owner about promise to pay. leasing agent said it was fine to pay on the 11th. I understand i was late with my rent due but it wasnt even added on my delinquency note This is outrageous ive been here for the past 3 years do not rent here!

It was a nice apartment. BUT they only have 6 month leases and raise your rent every 6 months! So it’s like a revolving door and you’ll never get to know any of your neighbors because people are in then out. I lived there 1 and a half years but like many others, couldn’t afford a rent increase every 6 months so I had to move out when I really would have liked to have stayed.

They never answered my question!

Me pregunto que clase personas tienen trabajando en atención al cliente en este lugar y quien es el dueño Llevo meses reclamando el servicio del aire porque no enfría Se burlan de mi cada día diciendo que lo van a arreglar y no solucionan nada He tenido hasta que soportar que me tilden de mentirosa y para completar aumentan cada 6 meses el pago La señora que trabaja en el escritorio frente a la puerta en la oficina me ha dicho que no es problema de ella me ha colgado el teléfono y no les interesa para nada mi comodidad hasta se molesta cuando llamo para reportar
