Polo Club Apartments

I had an amazing touring experience with Greg at Polo Club Apartments. Even though I ultimately decided not to lease due to personal reasons, I can confidently say this was the best tour I had during my entire apartment search. Greg was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely welcoming—he took the time to answer all my questions and made the community feel like home. His energy and attention to detail truly stood out. Polo Club Apartments is lucky to have him, and I would absolutely recommend touring with Greg to anyone looking for a great experience.

Cons: - they do not advertise the same apartments online vs the one you will get when you move there - we moved there after being overseas so couldn’t tour an apartment before signing a lease and the apartment was covered in mold and roaches and smelled awful - the floors are super uneven and messed up to the point where we couldn’t even put a kitchen table in the apartment without it tipping over - the paint on the walls was just sprayed recklessly all over the apartment, blocking outlets and was all over the floor - our air vent was disgusting, covered in mold and made the house stink - I sent photos to them through the app to the office on the mold and roaches issues and they never sent anybody out to clean it or help fix the issues. - behind the stove had a whole colony of roaches and

Absolutely a beautiful soul. Gregory was extremely respectable and knowledgeable on said property. I throughly enjoyed my experience and how much care and consideration was taken to make sure I was comfortable and well informed. Mr. Gregory is a definite dime a dozen employee. I pray he is valued the same way he handles his clients.

I moved from another state and didn’t do a walk thru. When I arrived I was given a run down apartment where is run down( not as presentable as photos on website but the office) oh no working cameras around tenants apartment just office. Pool not open. I moved here July 31. Excuses about pool and from what other tenants says it hasn’t been open for years. Yet all amenities included in rent but not adjusted for no use, trash my or may not get picked up but again your paying full trash pick up charges. Furnace sound like a semi starting up with rumbling and loud noise. Kitchen floor in front of sink caving in along with hallway, living room un even floors. Dryer blew out due to vents being clogged. I requested payback for repair due to faulty of their property. It’s been months and still no p

When they say your apt.is in "ready condition", DOUBT THEM! Delays, excuses, service and follow-ups fall very short of expectations. Maintenance, 'no call, no show" unacceptable. Security and basic safeties within your apartment, not a given outside of your front door (broken/missing window/patio slider locks). Inability to open windows or patio slider. Windows have to be completely taken out of their tracks to gain fresh air!!! 'We have 30 days to fix what we can", so after that I'm SOL? On another front, I have met the most wonderful neighbors! Sadly, they share some of the same sentiments as I do about the place.
