Point West Condo

It's a horrible place to live. Cock-roaches, all of sudden as of 2/01/2026 Can't cook on grills

I had lived at Point West Condos for 5.5 years starting in 2019. At first it was a very nice place to live and my landlord who owned my unit I have almost nothing negative to say about. The property manager in 2019 when I first moved in was reasonable and helpful and while some policies were a tad cumbersome, it overall was not bad. The HOA I immediately took umbrage with and this never changed, but I was willing to overlook the issues and rules and constant regulations. Shortly after living there, in 2020 the property manager changed back to Stellar Properties and things began to decline. More rules, more regulations, less freedom, and more surveillance became commonplace. The HOA worked in conjunction with the property manager to make the property harder and harder to live in. Do not live here by any means. Terrible management, geriatric people run it and have unreasonable rules. You are watched constantly, no privacy. Also you WILL get towed. Cannot have guests past 12am or they will get towed too. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Don't move there I owned a condo in a different building. The rules are 50 pages long it is like being watched every minute of your live. The people are nosey too. Very nosey

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! This place PREYS on the young, and is run by people “stuck in their old ways.” Prehistoric rules, no sense of privacy, and terrible communication to its owners. Not to mention, this place LOVES to tow people who both live here and want to visit. Please do not waste your time here like we did! Look somewhere else ASAP!!!!!!!!
