Plymouth Pointe Apartments

Brittney and Chad are AMAZING. They are so kind and communicate clearly with any maintenance issues, events, etc. When I was having issues with some paperwork that was required, Brittney was patient and accommodating as I got things sorted. The apartments are wonderfully maintained and the community areas are a delight to use and kept clean and fresh. I've yet to have a bad experience here!

"I have lived here 32 years. I’ve seen three different maintenance men and Henry is by far the best. Jensen seems to be growing into the job of leasing agent/manager. It’s difficult to take the place of someone who has been in that job for 38 years but she’s doing a good job doing that. She’s made some sensible policy changes that I approve of." This comment was written shortly after the takeover. Both Henry and Jensen are gone. Henry was fired for no apparent reason and Jensen has been promoted. Since then, things have gone seriously downhill. First, the outside of the building is being seriously neglected. Chauncey coming to you from Plymouth Pointe Apartments. I have been a resident for 2 years and I gotta say, that I love this place. The updated lock features and heating, cooling app is awesome. I can control the temperature of my home while I'm away. No pests or rodents, love the 24 Hour indoor pool and gym. Clean building and great staff. The neighbors are great as well, I feel very safe and secure here. Brittney Roske is very friendly and she's a great building manager. She always gets back to me anytime I have questions or inquiries and she's very thoughtful. Plymouth Pointe Apartments is the most peaceful, pleasant, apartment I've ever lived in and I refer it to my future neighbors 100%.

My husband and I have rented here around 3yrs, and every year has gotten worse. I hate leaving a bad review but I would not recommend living here anymore. We’ve put in several work orders and they get ignored or take WEEKS to have issues fixed. It feels like there is always an excuse for everything while they continue to do nothing. I hope this changes for all the residents, but I think a lot of us are feeling frustrated at this point.

This place was okay, I got my car toll the first week of living here. I reported my car to the police as stolen, my car permit was hung on my car, thinking it shouldn't be tolled. Called the Property manager, only to be told that it was unfortunate that the permit fell off and that my car got tolled, I stated to her that what was the whole point of jotting down our car model & license plate, if there's still a chance of tolling!? Had to pay $300 to get my car. Utility bills are always HIGH. Always water leakage and shuting water off. Loud neighbors at times. Kids always running and screaming in the hallway. Bad air circulation to the bedroom, it's always humid and super DUSTY. Garbage dumpster is always full and dirty cause of unsanitary neighbors not throwing trash properly. Lots of off l
