This is the most godly worst place I have ever lived. It says it’s handicap. Friendly…. Well it’s not unless you know how to use a wheelchair on stairs. Plumbing is god awful. Backed up pipes all the time. Mold due to water having no where to go. Want to ever have a clean toilet-well u can’t here. Desk staff is super unfriendly and will turn on you in an instant. Whichever benefits them the most. Diane doesn’t return emails. Gary the owner doesn’t return VM. Super disrespectful people that live there. Very loud heavy footed stomping even when I asked them to please be respectful. Indoor heated pool is not heated ( my guess is that the heat included is free cuz there isn’t any)No laundry available in units and the laundry was way far away from my apartment. So I broke my lease cuz I couldn’

I lived here for three years and I really liked it. The affordable rent allowed me to save money. Office staff and maintenance were always kind and responsive.

Been here a year and no complaints. Maintenance issues were handled almost immediately and staff is polite. Office Manager, Diane is about her business. Whenever there is a resident issue, city issue or info about wildlife lurking be sure that a letter is in all doors. I like it here. Update: I am still living here and I still love it. I had a wasp nest on my balcony post and the next day maintenance was here. A light bulb went out in the bathroom and when I came home the next day, it was replaced. I have no complaints.

The office managers Diane and Juliana are very kind and professional! Being very informative to help me find the apartment space that best fits me needs!

One of the worst associations I've rented from. Diane and Ben are very rude. The third floor flooded below me last fall. During my first day moving in I documented the ac system doesn't work. After two maintence request and constantly waiting in the heat they finally owned up to replacing the broken ac unit they left me with when I first moved in. The south east inside garage has major structural damage allowing rain water to puddle inside up to 2 inches of rain water in the parking stalls. After completing my lease I had to release this information for people searching for a place. Don't rent here.
