Plaza Manor Apartments

Terrible management. Unprofessional leasing manager. Set an appointment for a tour and stood in the sun for half an hour, knocking on her office. Whole time she was sitting in her office, emailing me some AI generated rage bait saying I’ll be with you shortly, while refusing to open her office door and give the tour SHE AGREED AND SCHEDULED. No point in renting when the hallways are cramped, it would be impossible to move furniture in. The carpeting smells like mildew, the outside looks incredibly unkempt. So rude

1. My bathroom is full of mold I reported it to maintenince and they said it doesnt matter unless we can smell it or get sick. 2. The landlord is a tow hound they have towed my car several times. The most recent I took a personal vaccation came home and my car was gone. Also in my 3 years living here I have never not even once via phone calls, emails and knocking on the office door and have never once been able to speak to my landlord/property manager or representative of the company.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Tired of the b.s. I'm finding a new place when this lease is done. Bathroom sink hasn't worked the whole 3 YEARSive been here. It's damn near falling off the wall now. Called multiple times but never get anyone to answer. The thermostat does not work yet the heat turns on at random points so I have to ether open the windows or turn on the a/c during the winter or it gets up to 90° easily. Last year they towed my backup vehicle without any notice at all. No sticker no call no note or anything. Just a card saying we towed your vehicle. So when my car broke down alittle over a week ago I called and told them I'm fixing it. And would be ordering the parts that Friday. Well here I am. Parts are arriving on the 13th. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!! Disgusting, smell, not livable! Moved in my shower was not working called so many times to get it fixed and nothing has been done. Went to the leasing office which maintenance claimed they didn’t know about most things but also stated they were fixed. I shouldn’t be having to go through this when I just moved in! I payed all my dues and can’t get a time frame of when things will get fixed. They should have made sure this apartment was ready for move in! I don’t even want to give them one star. This is ridiculous.

I feel like this is the last affordable apartment out there. I loved living here. I had to move because of a job offer, but I didnt want to leave. No its not fancy or modern, but it is up to date. Yes, I had some maintenance issues. I went a month with no working oven. But they tried several times to fix it. I ended up getting a brand new one. I was informed every step what was going on. Office was not always open or available but I was okay with that. I miss living here.
