If I could put zero stars I would. The landlord is nice before you start renting, once you do their true colors start to show. If you love an apartment that sometimes has heat in 10 degree weather, then this place is perfect for you. If you love your car being towed off their lot without them saying anything, even if you have the right documents, then this place is perfect for you. Before renting from them, speak with the tenants that actually live there. Also if you love the color of black, you’ll love the black mold Found in the bathrooms, it’s to die for. If you love a freshly Renovated apartment with air vents that haven’t been clean since the World War II and also an apartment that constantly floods out or the walls sagging and cracking because the building is sinking, then this place

Merrick was incredibly supportive during a time when I really needed guidance. He is wonderful to work with, always encouraging, and truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him.
