Tina is the most unprofessional broker I ever experienced. I had the most horrific experience of working with her team last year that left me traumatized and I lost 20k in a new construction deal because of her team and my ratchet realtor. I over heard a conversation between her team and my ratchet Realetor saying let’s keep her in this contract and let’s go get this money. Had I not hired an attorney she was going to try and keep all 60k of my deposit. I was so depressed after this ordeal I didn’t trust any realtor because it was all about money and nothing else. I would give no stars if that was an option.

The reviews you see regarding Tina Ulmer is true. I was the Realtor & buyer. I currently have a lawsuit against her company as I believe she sold me a new construction home with RADON! Yes RANDON which is deadly! I believe she intentionally disclosed of this based on my documentation I’ve already sent my attorney. She is very unprofessional and unethical! Please do not be fooled just because it’s new construction, always do an indirection. The neighbors came to me saying they are intentionally selling homes knowing Radon has been detected in Windermere subdivision in Douglasville ga. She is AWARE of it because I even told her. If this company does not tell you about the RADON in these homes, I suggest seeking legal counsel like me, I have children & had I known I would’ve never bought this
