Been here at the Jax for 9-10 months now. I love it here. Brielle is AWESOME!!! She was the first encounter I had when I came to tour the apartments. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the complex and retailers in the area. She called me by name on our second or third encounter. She is very personable, remembering to ask about my new grandson every time I see her. Brielle even picked up a gift for me to give to him!!! How thoughtful. The apartments here are awesome with very user friendly floor plans. There is no waisted space. Only had one small work order placed that was taken care of in short order. Overall, complex is kept neat and orderly. Breezeways and common areas are well maintained also. Location is close to downtown and being right off 78 it makes getting just about anywhe

Had a fantastic visit at Jax! Madison and Nina were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable throughout the tour. They answered all my questions, highlighted every detail of the community, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. We wanted to move to Monroe and this was what we found. It seemed great at first. The process was easy and so was move in. We are on the top floor. Once moved in 4 months ago we have had constant leaks in our ceiling going with the ceiling cut open for weeks. They did find the issue and fix it but it took months to do and multiple leaks. There is the constant smell of marijuana all the time and it comes through the vents. Mind you I have kids and I don’t want my home smelling like that. The walls are thin so you hear constant banging and noise. People fly through here when driving so you have to make sure you or your kids don’t get hit when walking across the parking lot or drying. There is absolutely not enough to absolutely no parking available. We most times have to park away and walk

Nina was the person we worked with directly when we moved in back in Oct. She was amazing. Answered all the million questions I had, took her time to explain, and even now if I have any issues I deal with her directly as she’s on top or everything. Recommend Nina for anything to do with The Jax!
