Wow! Wow! Wow! We worked with Ginny for one year. During that time we sold two properties and purchased one. We had a few of the expected real estate bumps along the way but Ginny handled everything very professionally. Ginny listed our house after we had a horrible experience with an agent/broker who simply listed our house, had a bunch of agents come over on a "caravan", and waited on someone to show the house. We had a property that turned out not to be easy to sell. It took quite a while for someone to come along, who appreciated the size of the house and amount of land, but Ginny honestly did ALL she could, to get it sold. She marketed us in places other realtors had never mentioned ( horse magazines!) I had some meltdowns over frustration, but she still talks to me!
