We had a wonderful experience buying a home with Reliant! Tara Broom and Holly McCoy were the stars of the show and exceeded our expectations in terms of expertise, professionalism, and comfort. They made the entire process encouraging and FUN!! From the moment my husband and I met them, they made us feel so welcomed and answered every question we had. I’ve made a genuine connection with these ladies and I love them so much! Did I mention how FUN they are?! We are forever grateful to Reliant Homes for being patient with us. We are finally HOME!

Reliant was great to work with during the purchase of our new home. Tara was easily accessible to answer questions as they arose. The warranty director and superintendent were very knowledgeable about the home and did a great job on the pre-purchase inspection as well as correcting minor cosmetic items that were discovered during the walkthrough. Everyone involved on the Reliant team were super easy to work with and very professional in how they handle themselves and conduct business. Coming from someone who works in the construction industry, I can appreciate how efficient they operate. Overall great company to work with and I would recommend anyone looking for a new home to give them a shot.

My husband and I began a search for our forever home a few years ago. We looked at numerous existing and new homes. After discovering Reliant homes, we were so impressed with their quality and value. We love how the lots are large, level, and lined with trees. The exterior elevations are charming, and the interiors feature quality finishes. Everyone on the Reliant staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from the agents, Tara and Holly, to Rick the builder. It was evident that they take great pride in their work.
