From day 1, my mortgage loan officer, Jeff Hart, was extremely thorough and responsive. He took the time to explain the best process for my loan and followed up on any questions or requests. Jeff promptly responded to all calls and correspondence, and I always felt he had time for me. He referred me to a great insurance agent that helped me get coverage for my house prior to the loan closing. Jeff's teammates Jennifer and Andrea were also very helpful throughout the process. The loan closing went smoothly and on time. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Jeff Hart and his team.
