Place One Apartments

Nice apts we try put in application for two days since Oct 22,2025 to now ..door close 9am suppose be open until 5pm ?? No one answer and ph disconnected..

I have not moved in there yet, but I put in application in 2012 and they is just working on that year. I do know and can speak on every time I called the office (since 201) Everyone I have spoken with has been very professional, knowledgeable, kind and polite. So if living there is anything like the customer service I have received from the office staff, then I KNOW my living experience there will be wonderful, giving 5 stars on customer service alone. I have lived here for a long time and the maintence man (plural) is the worst I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my AC to get fixed and then I am told he is only one person. How do you only have one maintenance man for numroues amount of apartment complexes. Sure do miss Linda Eaton and the and Chip they got stuff done. And then he wanna sit outside while you got my door open I’m waiting on you to come back and you talking to residents talking bout I’m taking care of business ok cool.

Very unprofessional, saff is all over the place and making appointments and not even showing up or have the nerve to make a whole holiday week because they don't wanna do there job

Management is terrible, apartments were renovated and was poorly done, I've been given the runaround for over 2 years to be moved and still haven't, I've had mold issues and ceilings almost caving in, items stolen during renovations that have yet to be compensated for....and the list goes on...oh yeah and no emergency maintenance....
