Beware of Apt 34-A, see video below! I have discovered mold in the bathroom ceiling and mold in kitchen vents in my apartment .They don’t cure/treat the mold, they just paint over it.They gave me an air dehumidifier for three days 🤬 to help with the smell of mold, after I requested a certified mold removal specialist( they denied to send one). My bathtub upstairs,has leaked water into my kitchen. Upstairs bath sink linking.The second bedroom has previous ceiling damage( I believe from water/bad weather ). The new property manager Adel came at me in a passive aggressive, dismissive manner on July 8,2025 about a matter she was unfamiliar with because she just got here. Ms Kishi Brown is the best.She made my experience with the application process easy. She is very knowledgeable about the senior living community.I was passing by the complex when I saw the red waving signs,1 and 2 bed room units available.Ms Kishi gave me A tour that day, and I was very satisfied with the 2 bed room. I want to thank her for her kindness and patience with me..I was hungry because I hadn't ate, that morning I was just out looking for A decent and safe senior living community...Ms Kishi shared her own lunch with me. My name is Kalvin Maddox a resident here at Pineview Apartments for over 2 years. I have seen managers come and go, but Mrs. Dix the current manager is the best manager we've had. She is very professional and address all service request immediately. Since the new staff is in place I plan to make Pineview my home for the next few years.

There's only one maintenance guy. It takes forever to have your maintenance request done. You have to constantly call and go by the leasing office.

Our family has lived in the complex for several years and now has been the greatest since Mrs. Dix. She keeps the community uplifted with her monthly events that allow everyone to get to know each other in a fun safe way. We really like the changes Mrs. Dix and the staff have been making our community better.
