The ladies in the leasing office were amazing! They were both extremely helpful and patient while showing me different apartment options and answering all my questions. Their professionalism and friendliness made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend checking out Pines at Humble Park if you’re looking for a new place!

Since I've been at this complex, the staff and maintenance crews have been extremely friendly and cooperative. Any issue was repaired in a timely manner and the office staff gets to know their tenants. After my third month there I walked into the office and was greeted by my last name which, honestly speaking, threw me off. I would recommend this place to anyone, and yes, I am a real tenant here. This place is great and the manager, Maria makes it just that much better.

I was not planning to leave a review after leaving this complex, but since they decided to not inform me of a charge after moving out and send me to a debt collection agency, I changed my mind. This complex has several glaring issues. My apartment alone had a water leak through my A/C unit. I mentioned this to maintenance workers that argued it was condensation from my A/C (Although I explained it ONLY leaked during rain). I also had severe mold while at this complex with no mitigation after also contacting maintenance. The office is NEVER open during hours. They make it painful to find times to work with them. Overall, this is a disgusting complex that refuses to take care of tenants and will charge you for random things.
