Anytime we’ve needed maintenance, it’s been handled quickly and professionally, which gives us a lot of peace of mind. Alejandra, the apartment manager, is amazing. She responds quickly, is always friendly, and genuinely cares. We love her! It makes such a difference having someone so approachable and helpful running the property. We also really enjoy how clean and well-maintained the grounds are. The community is quiet and peaceful, which is important to us. I moved into this apartment community two months ago, and I’ve had a great experience so far. Alejandra, the manager, which is beyond AMAZING! She made everything extremely smooth and easy from the very beginning. She was informative, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the entire move-in process stress-free. There is something GREAT to be said about an on-site manager who monitors and cares about the property and it's cleanliness like Alejandra does. Any questions or concerns I've had, she has been very prompt with a response back to me in a timely manner and that is very important to me. We have lived here for a little over 9 years. We absolutely love it. It's clean, quiet and beautiful. Lots of trees, roses and a variety of flowers. It's remarkably quiet. It allows all breeds of dogs which is great. We don't have a dog but I feel it makes the building safer. People don't break in when they know you might have a large dog. Our manager Alejandra is the absolute best. She is always available and helpful. She is always making sure everything runs smoothly. We had an issue with our sink and it was fixed instantly! That is hard to do in a building this size but she gets it done! This is an easy 5 stars!!!
