Beach Creek Resort Apartments

Update Aug, 2022: Beach Creek has been my home for more than 16 years. I love the mallard duck families that grow up here every year. I also am privileged to see hummingbirds nesting on my balcony every year. It is a secret garden of lush plants with trickling creeks and waterfalls around the homes. Wildlife love our haven. Some of the critter residents are pond Koi fish and turtles, hummingbirds, morning doves, mallard ducks, squirrels, racoons, and opossums. The landscaping was designed to conserve water and the plants flower year round. The butterflies and dragonflies are beautiful to watch. I plan to live here for many more years. It is truly my home.

I lived here for 3 years and I loved everything about this place. Starting from the manager, Sarita! She’s an amazing manager, she will make you feel welcomed from day one! To the landscaping and maintenance crew, they are so attention to detail! Jessie, one of the maintenance crew goes above and beyond to assist with your maintenance needs, their turn around time is amazing! Their landscaping is absolutely sightseeing, very well kept. If I ever move back to this city, without a heartbeat, this is where I will be moving back to- no doubt!

We have lived in Beach Creek Resort Apartments for 5 years. We loved it so much! It was just an amazing memories living there. For five years we haven’t seen anything negative to remember. Starting from the management Sarita and Jason and all the maintenance staff Raul, Michael and Jesus they were very nice and really friendly. They are very responsive to our requests in a timely manner. They do a lot of parties and activities in all seasons, Easter, Summertime, thanksgiving and Christmas. They keep the building clean and maintained all the time. The pool and the gym areas are great to enjoy. They helped us a lot even when we were leaving. I can’t say enough about this beautiful place, we were very blessed to live there. I recommend it very much.

I've lived here for a year, and I LOVE IT! It's so beautiful and quiet. Sarita and Jason are so accommodating and SO SO SO NICE. My toddler loves the turtles and all the fish. The pool is always so clean, the neighbors are all nice and considerate. I love the laundry is open 24 hours because I am up at 5am and can get it done. Also love the laundry machine takes debit and credit cards so I'm not runnign to the bank for quarters. EVERY single issue I've ever had (and there have been maybe 2) the management team dealt with IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours. I will live here until I buy another home! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.

This has been and continues to be a wonderful place to live. From the lovely flowers to the well kept pathways, not only is the location well taken care of, so are the residents. Living here has been amazing and any small maitinence requests are taken care of within 24hours. There are great holiday parties hosted and the landlords take the time to really get to know their residents. The apartments here are at an extremely affordable price and are all well taken care of. Living here has been amazing
