Newland Garden Apartments

Jazmín Rojas the office manager, is great at her job! She finds out what you're looking for and does what she can to make sure you're not disappointed.The landscaping makes you feel like you live surrounded by a beautiful park. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and efficient. And there is accessible communication between the management and residents. I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments.

Phenomenal support from the manger Jazmin Rojas. By far the most care I've seen from manager as a prospective tenant. Professionalism, polite condor, and knowledge both of the property and tenants' rights. Went above and beyond to show us a listing. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Look no further!!!

Manager for Newland apartments is terrible. It's been about a year since i have been asking her for maintenance on the apartment and till this day only one thing has been done to it. Every time i call her to remind her about t work on the apartment and she always says she'll start working on the apartment next week. I've been residing at this apartment for more than 13 years and ever since nothing has been done, as far as restoring, to the apartment. so the apartment needs a lot of work. Rent has gone up by $275 within a year. I would appreciate if the owner for this apartments or someone else that manages Newland apartments could get it contact with me. Thanks.

I used to live here a few years ago and stopped by to see about maybe moving back. The new manager Ashlee is amazing!! She has cleaned the property up so much, it looks beautiful. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am very happy to be back!
