Brookhurst Place

I have been here for about a year and it has been amazing! The units are beautiful and are reasonably priced, especially in comparison to comparative apartments in the area. The location is awesome, walking distance from a lot of great Korean restaurants and a short drive from markets and Costco. I use the gym and other amenities often, they’re well maintained and adequate for daily use. The staff are super responsive and easy to work with. We had all of our maintenance requests resolved in a timely manner, and those issues never came up again. My wife and I shared only one assigned parking spot, but we never had trouble with finding a spot outside, even for guests! Have lived here for about a year and have greatly enjoyed it. The location is amazing and rent is reasonable. Units are modern, spacious and appliances work well especially the in-unit washer/dryer!! Maintenance is on top of it when you need them. Parking is ample, have never really been worried about it. The staff have been quick and helpful whenever we’ve had questions or concerns. Recently moved into Brookhurst Place and I could not be happier with the experience. It's one of the most modern and attractive luxury apartment buildings in Garden Grove and the owners could not have picked a better time to make this type of an investment in the community. You'll find modern local restaurants, trendy old haunts, reliable quality chain restaurants, and two unique coffee shops just a short walk away. With major redevelopment projects slated to get underway on nearby Garden Grove Blvd., the neighborhood will soon be transformed into a thriving neighborhood. As for the apartment, modern finishes inside the units and great staff make for a smooth transition into the apartments. The club house is amazing, the pool is open year round and the pool area is great for just chilling.

The management team was outstanding—Chloe and Reggie, in particular, went above and beyond to address my needs and handle maintenance requests efficiently. They were always responsive and ensured that any concerns were resolved in a timely manner. The apartment itself was very nice—better than most in the area—and the rent was reasonable. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping plazas nearby. Parking was never an issue, with ample guest parking and street options.
