Emerald Ridge Apartments

Honestly this is a good apartment complex and I’d give it a 5 star but the towing company they’re allied with is such a scam and there’s already so much bad reviews on the company I’m just saying they can do better ! Just make sure not to get towed from visitors or you’ll end up having to pay 600 or more with the illegal company they’re with. Trying to charge more the hour and not the day.

These apartments arent horrible, however not the best apartment ive lived in. My particular apartment hasnt been renovated since the 80s and it shows. The kitchen sink is outdated, shower handle has fallen off when I start the shower, dishwasher doesnt work properly - I dont even know the last time it was maintenanced. Layers upon layers of paint are cacked onto the walls and cabinets, I find that certain things I put in the cabinets stick because the paint hasnt fully dried. During the summer, the fromt door requires force to open due to the layers of paint expanding in ,the heat. I lived in a complex with similar pricing that included a refrigerator, which is a pain in the butt not only to purchase, but also to get up the stairs and in through the front door. Too over priced, they even want to charge for some utilities for each CHILD! so nomatter the age each person living in your unit is charged. Definitely will not be filling out an application to make this place my home.

This is a nice place to live. People are nice. The location is nice. A lot of things are nice like the laundry room and the gym and pool and spa. I am glad to be a resident!!!

When I first moved in here it wasn't bad at all and when they switched managers it went down hill now I'm being harassed left and right and they lie to my neighbors saying we are complaining on them Lets not mention the 4 different types of insects from roaches to spiders
