Pierpont Apartments

If you have asthma or any other breathing problems. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Thus place is not smoke-free at all! My first year was fine no issues no problems. Right after I signed my second lease here in January people started smoking A LOT! Vaping A LOT. My chest constantly hurts and I have to go outside to do my breathing treatments! I told them at the front desk. Do you think they cared? As long as my rent is on time that's all they care about! they tell me they will get back to me and never do! At that front desk they lie and say we will send out notices. They never do! As soon as this lease is up I'm gone! I already have my boxes ready. They won't even send out a notice to people to be mindful that you have neighbors! Its unreal how much people can smoke! I've been dealing with this si

I enjoyed my time at Pierpoint! Tina and Matthew in the leasing office were always kind and helpful with any questions. Renting/moving process was easy. Maintenance was prompt responding to service requests. If we needed to move our cars for work in the parking lots we were given ample notice and information. Cute apartment and in a great location!

The community is great, but the Staff is absolutely Rude and unavailable they also added unnecessary fees on my account for the payment that failed for a unknown reason. I don't know whom to reach out to talk about this matter. I also made a service request which has been pending since more than a week now. I just want to see how long they are gonna take. I am not going to recommend this place to anyone.

This complex as a great place to live it. When putting in service request the maintenance team comes out in a very quick manner usually within the week. Abby the property manager is great and works with you very well and is upfront about everything and quick to answer any questions you may have. The only downside I have is the lack of cameras around the complex. The only cameras I seen were at the main office and maintenance building but none around any of the complexes. But a great quiet neighborhood and I would highly recommend.

I have been a tenant for 5 years. I am amending my previous 4 star review. My fridge went out and maintenance didn't respond for over 12 hours. In the middle of a pandemic. I lost all of my food. They didn't respond in a timely manner and they are lying to save a measly $150. At best, they have combative and rude in their interaction with me. In a time when the country is coming together to help people, Pierpont and Smith & Tandy are only looking out for themselves. Not their residents. And I want to make that very clearly know. **A month later, still in a pandemic quarantine, they raised my rent by almost $150 a month. This apartment is not worth the price.** At this point, I no longer recommend.
