Location! Location! Location! Beautiful homes, that are very well built, energy efficient, excellent layout 4 bd and have solar! We looked at lots of homes in Burbank and couldn’t find anything less than 1.5M that didn’t need a ton of work, and frankly we’re done with all the maintenance of home ownership. We found these and couldn’t be happier! Lovely community and a great experience all around with our purchase!
I walked through the model complex the other day and the community is gorgeous! Great location btw, within the Rancho District of Burbank and literally walking distance to the Equestrian Center. Had a bite to eat at Celia's Rancho Restaurante across the street. Great day at Burbank!!
