Intro

My goodness! I toured this new apartment and the amenities are seriously impressive. I work from home and can easily picture myself taking calls in the common areas, they're spacious, quiet and comfortable. Another favorite is the outdoor patio area. I'm already feeling impatient for my current lease to end so my dog and I can lock in a place here. This one definitely stands out to my needs. 😍

This truly is an amazing building. My wife and I moved into Intro in January, and so far we absolutely love it. Everything—from the building itself to the staff—is worth every penny. I want to give a special thank-you to Marvin, who helped us from day one and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to answer every question we had and made the entire process incredibly easy. Thanks to him, moving into Intro was both fast and stress-free. I’d also like to thank Jessie, who stepped in whenever needed, and Angel, the maintenance manager. Both were extremely helpful and genuinely great people. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, and the building amenities are truly incredible. We’re very happy to call this place home.

Marvin gave us a great tour of Intro Burbank and was very knowledgeable about the property and amenities. He made the experience welcoming and took the time to answer all of our questions. Really appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude!

Came here to tour and was very impressed. This community is so lovely - it has several pools and two separate gyms. Such a nice little oasis in the middle of Burbank! Cat helped us and she was awesome - very informative, friendly and welcoming. When we are ready to come back to Burbank, we will definitely consider this community because of how well-maintained it is and how great Cat’s service was.

Property is so nice! took a tour with Cat and she was absolutely lovely. She showed us the various pools, the gym, outdoor areas, the clubhouse, and so much more. She was also very patient and answered all the questions that we had for her. If we end up moving to Burbank, I would definitely not hesitate to move here :)
