Toluca Terrace Apartments in Burbank

I moved in Christmas 2024. So far this is how its been going... 12/28/24 - Break-in and burglary in one of the units here 12/31/24 - No hot water 2/26/25 - No hot water 3/13/25 - False fire alarm around midnight. Fire Dept takes over 30 mins to show up so blaring alarm at midnight til they show up. 3/21/25 - Another false fire alarm 5/2/25 - Power outage 7/6/25 - No hot water 7/12/25 - No hot water 7/19/25 - No hot water 8/11/25 - Another false fire alarm around midnight 8/22/25 - No hot water 8/30/25 - No hot water 8/30/25 - I informed courtney with management that I had water damage in my bedroom ceiling. She said that they have to enter at 6pm sharp today. I told her that I am leaving at 6 and is there any other time that they could do it. I reminded her that I have a dog. Courtney

I moved here 8 months ago and I am so happy that I made the move to Toluca Terrace. I have had the best experience so far with management. Brad and Courtney are kind, caring, and accommodating and are always very quick to respond! Neighbors are all very friendly and everyone seems to know each other - it truly feels like a little community. Not to mention you are walking distance to Von's! The building has gated parking and I always feel very safe and secure. I truly love this apartment and can't say enough good things about the complex, neighbors and management. I am so grateful to have found it!

Honestly, some of the best management I have ever lived with. Courtney is one of the most genuine and amazing humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of bringing any apartment questions, needs, etc to. The entire team and new additions (Ashley & James) and even Brad whom used to be here are so caring and phenomenal. If I could take them where I live all the time I would. The apartments themselves have been renovated and we love being this location and all the amenities that come with it. The grounds are well maintained and are so prompt with cleanliness.

I applied for a three-room apartment rental at Toluca Terrace Apartments in Burbank on November 14, 2024. That is, more than a week ago. After submitting, I sent an email to the manager of Toluca Terrace Apartments in Burbank and informed her that I had sent the application and also asked if any additional documents were needed on my part. I did not receive a response to this email. Then the next day I called this manager several times during the day. There was no response again. Then I decided to send the documents by email, duplicating them since I had uploaded them on the same day along with the application. After that, the manager answered me, asking for the documents that I had already sent her. Then I came to Toluca Terrace Apartments in Burbank and personally spoke with the manager

I moved into a one-bedroom apartment here a year ago and just renewed my lease. The office staff is personable and efficient and maintenance is wonderful. I highly recommend Toluca Terrace!
