if you want to make sure your AC was installed properly and actually does pass hers test use another hers rating source. they were hired by hvac contractor and very disrespectful business as well. if you are homeowner, make sure to bring your own testing

Rude customer service. I emailed him about being a HERS Rater and the experience we provide and I "can" match or beat current prices (since HERS Rating can be expensive I like to be flexible) I meant it in absolute no harmful way.
