Dan made refinancing my home super easy! His approach to customer service is very personal. In fact his service is so above and beyond he was referred to me by my cousin and I in turn referred my mom to him! Dan took the time to ensure I got the best rate possible and knew I didn’t have a lot of time in my schedule to work on refinancing my home: he met me virtually wherever I was via text, email or on the phone.

I would never use this company. Today, on a Sunday, I watch two cars get towed from their lot because Costco is next door. They are closed on Sunday. Any company that makes it the norm to tow people, even when they don't need the parking spaces, is a terrible company. There is no way these people have integrity. Funny because we were just in there last week making plans to sell our home in Sunnyvale. I guess everything happens for a reason.
