James Phillips is not a real estate agent of real investor. This man submits 100's of other people's properties to our website to try and sell and them to us and our partners. He neither owns these properties of has the ability to buy them. After serving him a cease and desist, he continues to commit fraud. We will be notifying the state of New York AG's office of his fraudulent acts and his false claim of being a licensed real estate agent, as well as the AG's of all the other states where he is fraudulently trying to sell homes he has no ownership or equitable interest in. Do not do business with this man.

Highly unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. Don't show up for closing on a signed contract. Don't answer calls or emails including direct communications. Nor do they except responsibility for their actions which cost my trust with the seller and cast doubt regarding my status with the title company. And yes I have submitted the incident to my attorneys. Absolutely horrible company.
