Toured the complex today and I must say I was very impressed. I’m looking to be closer to work and Emma was a sweetheart and patient in showing me 2 different apartments. I’m very picky so it’s very nice to take a tour and be shown 2 apartments. Property seemed very clean and well kept. Pool was being worked on and from what I saw it’s gonna look great!

Lived here since November 2024 (back when Cortland was in charge). The only reason I am leaving is because I can’t stand how loud and inconsiderate my upstairs neighbors are. So unless you’re a heavy sleeper, get a top floor unit if you decide to move here. Parking can be annoying sometimes and the gym is severely outdated. But overall the property is kept clean, and I feel safe living here. Emma in the leasing office is absolutely wonderful! She’s always pleasant and professional!

Since Pleasants left , and they've been acquired by a new property management company, the leasing office has gone completely downhill. I was willing to overlook not being able to fully use the amenities I pay for because the previous management and maintenance team were professional and went above and beyond to provide great service. They made this a great place to live. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. It starts with the leasing consultant, Emma, who consistently gives residents the cold shoulder and appears unwilling to address concerns. If you know anything about the new management company that took over they are nothing short of awful. The property manager, Jennifer, is literally the worst human being. Let me give you an example… one day when we went to print some paperwork for court at the leasing office, we sat for 30 min after asking for help putting in queue our documents, and instead of helping I catch jennifer doing 3 other things BESIDES helping us with something simple to the point I had to personally ask her when she was going to get to us to help. Other times we come in she constantly snoops over and interjects into conversations with the assistant manager, Emma (who we have a good relationship with). Tika is awesome, just for someone who transferred recently. Definitely leaning towards this community solely because of Tika’s personalization, attention to detail, great customer service! 💯 Side Note: One Agent in the office is unacceptable on the weekends. Read your reviews, Management & Maintenance needs a complete overhaul meaning 🆕 Leadership!
