I am writing to formally express concern regarding the current cleaning standards in our building. Over recent weeks, the condition of the common areas has noticeably declined. There is often trash left throughout the hallways and entryways, and floors do not appear to be cleaned consistently. At times, debris remains for extended periods before being addressed. Additionally, I have observed that cleaning duties appear to be handled primarily by one staff member. While he seems to be working diligently, the other employee assigned to assist is frequently on her phone and does not appear to be actively performing cleaning responsibilities during those times. As a result, the workload seems uneven, and the overall cleanliness of the building is being affected. Maintaining clean and sanitary

I grew up here in the 90's & honestly had the best time. As a kid I had access to the computer room whenever I wanted, had a full playground in the back, basketball court I only went to a handful of times, id explore on the rocks in the back, there was also a trail through the rocks on top of the hill that takes you directly to that shopping plaza. All the building kids would get together & had a very neighborhood feel. The ice cream truck would come in the summers. I could safely ride my bike around building & down the street. I lived there for 13 years & during that time any issues we had, were fixed on time, even go our floors redone. The only issue I had was I had a bully on my same floor in my same hallway but thats not he properties fault.

Horrible place to live! The staff in the management office are extremely rude. No water in the apartment frequently. Elevators are frequently out of order. Hallways smell horrible.

This place is completely trashed . Staff is rude and doesn't do a damn thing . Strong smell on every floor . Elevators always out of order. Had bed bugs for over 4 months, trashed all new furniture , told management team but no one came in to get rid of em . I do not recommend this place at all!!!!

I live here and every day it smells like crap at doo doo the people who work here are rude
