The building is falling apart, ceiling tiles fall as soon as you walk out of the bathroom there were mice in the ceiling. There are cockroaches bedbug infested, a bunch of drug addicts in and out of the building at all times it takes forever for maintenance to come fix something. As well as needles in bathrooms And the rent was too high $1000 a month for two people in a room +1st and last to move in and then on top of it if it’s just one person it’s 925 a month first and last to move

Let's be honest, it's a room. It was a pretty big room on the top floor of the house. We shared an apartment with another couple in the other room. Everything was clean. Absolutely no bugs of any kind. The shower pressure was iffy if all the showers were running at the same time. Just wait five minutes and it's going to be back up to expectations. The staff, amazing and attentive. They explained everything and always got work orders through right away. If I asked for it to be fixed or I felt something wasn't right they had it done within 2 business days. They have a cleaner for the halls and stairs. It was always quiet. Overall it was allot better then we expected and we were grateful for the low rent with a month to month lease until we could find something more permanent. If we ever need
