Bell North Shore Apartments

I’ve had a genuinely great experience with our building manager ( Brandon). They are consistently professional, responsive, and proactive, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. Any issues or questions are handled quickly and thoroughly, and communication is always clear and respectful. It’s obvious they care about both the building and the residents, and that level of attention really shows. Having a manager like this brings real peace of mind—I truly appreciate all the work they do.

We have been in our apartment for about three months, we'd give this apartment a 5 or 6 out of 10. We were mostly happy after the initial move-in process was complete, as the unit is beautiful and spacious. However, recently there have been a few issues that have soured us on the place. We have recently voiced concerns about the trash and recycling situation and have seen no improvement. The area designated for tenants' recycling is an absolute pigsty. It is constantly overflowing, and there are rats. When I asked management to have this area cleaned, I was told that pickups are every Tuesday, and that sometimes there will just be overflow until pickup occurs. Do you enjoy strange putrid smells that seep into your living space, plumbing issues, and extortionary rent? Come live at Bell North Shore! My wife and I lived on the 5th floor of 1 Courageous Ct for a year in a 1-bedroom unit. When we moved in, there was trash throughout the hallway and especially next to our door. We let the office know and they said the cleaners were onsite every weekday and it would be cleaned up next morning. Fast forward to 2 days later, the cleaners never made it to the 5th floor and someone from the office had to come pick up the trash. Over the course of the year, we noticed the cleaner doing her job on our floor at best once a week but often times they wouldn’t come around for 2 or 3 weeks. I've been in my apartment for a few weeks but we are loving it. The space, location and the great staffing. The whole process has been great and effortless, Ashley that works in the main office is such a sweet and attentive person. She really made sure we felt welcomed and even followed up with me to remind me of certain things I needed to take care of :-) Ashley, thank you for being such a positive and helpful person! Ashley & the team in the office have been super helpful with our moving process! They answered all of our questions prior to our move from out of State and helped us find the right space from afar, making it much less stressful. The location is awesome near everything you need within 5 to 10 mins. The apartment is large & modern, it’s quiet and we are surrounded by trees and views which is so peaceful, without giving up the convenience of the nearby Northshore towns, restaurants & activities.
