I placed an urgent maintenance request because our sink in the bathroom was clogged. In hours, not days, Dan from Maintenance came over and not only resolved the problem, but also fixed our broken toilet paper holder. As always, Dan is quite professional and very personable. Working with Jacob, the resident manager, was a pleasure. The entire process was much simpler and less stressful because of his direct, informed, and clear communication. Additionally, I should point out that the new management had only been in place for about a month prior to my tour, and they already appear to be far more promising than some of the earlier reviews indicate. I'm hopeful about the community's future because of Jacob's professionalism and openness, which really helped set a positive tone. Strongly suggested.

I’ve lived at Sofi Salem for 1.5 yrs. The grounds are beautiful, I feel very safe, and management has always been highly responsive to maintenance requests. Nick is a pleasure and always does great work! In addition, lately I’ve had a few things that needed maintenance. Dan followed through within 24 hours and he always does a great job!
