The worst experience living at Traders Row. Abhorrent management, maintenance, and tenants. And the construction quality is terrible, it looks good to the eye but their brand new unit had multiple broken appliances that took months for maintenance to fix, and the doorways were crooked. Any 5 star reviews on here are totally planted. I've spoken to many residents and nobody has ever had good thing to say. They will give you a few weeks to renew your lease!!! Avoid at all costs or you will be sorry.

What makes Traders Row a nice place to live is not just the brand new spacious apartment finishes or the quick access to golf courses and downtown Salem nearby. Rather, it’s the people that work here and care about the residents, whether it be the maintenance staff saying hello to everyone driving by on their golf carts or the cleaning staff who always make a point of flashing a smile. The leasing office is somewhere I regularly stop by at to ensure my pup, who is friends with the entire staff here, makes sure to get all the treats and pets he can handle. Finally, a special shout out to the property manager Danielle Gahagan, who has gone above and beyond in making sure my and other residents time here is comfortable. She truly embodies the kindness of Traders Row.

Our experience with Traders Row has been absolutely amazing. We moved across the country and I was so anxious, but they were super responsive and made the process so easy. Move in was simple and we even had a leak in our sink on week 2 and they came and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend.

Been living here for 3 years and would like to give a moment to acknowledge the maintenance staff, specifically Franky. I’m a bit specific on how I like things done in my apartment and he always makes sure to acknowledge that before I even let out a word and is always pleasant about it. Just want to give a big thank you!

Frankie was super helpful and kind. He personally called me to get access (which I really appreciated), fixed four service requests in about an hour—pretty great timing if you ask me—and was awesome with my overly friendly dog. Thanks, Frankie!
