BEWARE- Penrose is one of the most incompentent, deplorable managament companies all they want is your money- do not care for their properties and provide nothing but misinformation. They do not respond to any type of maintaince requests and let their properties deteriorate quickly. All they want is your hard earned cash. 99.9% of the staff are totally incompetent and rude as hell.
Residences of Hayes needs to require training for a few of their employees. On a day to day basis we cross paths with people that are rude or nasty but i NEVER thought I would have very uncomfortable encounters where I live. The property manager here "writes people off" in a way that is simply disgusting and rude. Coming home at residences at Hayes is a nightmare! (During office hours!!!)
DO NOT MOVE TO RESIDENCE AT HAYES YOUR CAR WILL BE STOLEN EVERY WEEK AND PENNROSE DO NOT CARE AT ALL
This Company has repeatedly hired incompetent individuals to run at least one of their properties…😒
The area is nice and clean. Well maintained. I would love to live in the area
