Pecos Vista Apartments

Has to be by far one of best places I've ever lived. The front office staff is always helpful and friendly and available to answer any questions I may have. But, it's the maintenance team that goes above and beyond from taking care of little things around the apartment, quick and friendly service, to maintaining beautiful grounds. I'm always happy to come home.

Tara and staff are approachable and willing to help. ""UPDATE" our 6mo lease was terming. Spoke with the staff as we were moving back to our home in Tennessee. As always they were very polite and explained everything. About a week prior to moving out I spoke with Tara and she was very understanding and again very clean on the process. Inspection day the maintenance gentleman was very thorough and was very pleased with the condition of the apartment. I will gladly recommend Pecos Vista to any future tenant. Thank you for making our short stay in Carlsbad very comfortable.

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex. The management and maintenance teams consistently go above and beyond whether it’s quickly handling maintenance requests, keeping the grounds spotless, or just being genuinely friendly and helpful. The amenities are well-maintained, and it really feels like they care about making this a comfortable place to live. Would definitely comeback to these apartments if I ever move back to the area.

These landlords are the best I ever had. I hear a lot of people talk bad about our apartment but let me clear things up, first of all the pigeon poop everywhere is beyond control for 2 people to clean by themselves. They do tend to them as fast as they can and try their best to get to them without you complaining. Second, these tenants are the worst about picking up their own trash and dog poop and yet blame the apartments like they are the ones taking the trash out, beyond ridiculous and honestly no one takes the blame for their own actions. Anytime we put in a work order they are quick to take care of the issue and never complain. All office staff and maintenance techs work hard and very courteous and nice. Honestly. To put it in words. This is my first home, coming straight from my parents house & it already feels like home and I haven’t even been here a year. Me and my boyfriend appreciate everything these apartments have done for us. We have grown so much. I love living here.
