Cielo Vista Apartments

Do NOT recommend renting here! I moved in almost 3 months ago and unfortunately it has been a terrible experience. The apartment advertises that they have a gym, which they don’t. The apartment was in terrible shape and should not have been rented until basic things, like the heater were fixed. The maintenance staff has been entering units without 24 hours notice, while people are at work. I came home today to find they had spray painted my bathtub without notifying me. The fumes are terrible because they have not installed a bathroom fan, there is just a vent out the ceiling. For the cost of this place, it is 100% not worth it. Go to one of the other apartment complexes.

Firstly, when we leased the apartments they never informed that the bathroom door was broken and was not fixed until a month. The sinks, outlets were rusty and had clogging issues. Then comes the shower problem and AC vent problem where the water is leaking since twenty days and no one takes care of it. Tired of these apartments and not worth the cost. Worst apartments ever.

We moved into this apartment about four months ago and everything was fine until we had maintenance issues. The apartment above us had a leak that went through our bathroom ceiling and created a giant hole. We have been trying to get it fixed for weeks now but no one ever even answers the phone. We had to go as far as writing a note and leaving it on the office door just to try to get someone to contact us back. The flooring in the apartment is a peel vinyl flooring that if you move a piece of furniture will put a giant hole in it. When we moved in we did not know that and put giant holes that they said they would come and replace the flooring right away as well as take money off the rent... neither of which ever happened. It's a nice complex but if you have any maintenance issues it's alm

Our new Manager Veronica has done well...... I have had several issues in these past few months, and she is always willing to do the extra work to help me resolve them. I personally witnessed her come after hours to ensure another apartments electrical and AC problems were solved asap, and when our AC went down, she had someone here to look at it within the hour. Change of management has been hard, but she is making efforts to make it easier on us all.

Veronica was so helpful and super sweet! She got us in an apartment the next day! Super cute apartments, and also has the best prices! If your looking for a place , i definitely recommend coming here! Also! Maintenance is on top! We had a small little issue and they were here in no time and got the issue fixed! I believe they definitely do everything they can to keep their tenants happy and satisfied with their living.
