Arrowstone apartments

Moved here from Las Cruces, sight unseen. My husband was able to tour while he was in Carlsbad working. I can’t speak for others, but we love it here. Our neighbors are respectful and friendly. Location is near the front so of course the grounds are a lot cleaner, but even as I run around the property, I notice it’s a pretty clean and quiet complex! We live at the pool in the summers and enjoy the fitness center from time to time. The staff has always been friendly and more than accommodating with any concern we have had. It would be awesome to see the complex get finished, a playground for all the Littles here would be great! I still highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for luxury and price!!

Management and staff are highly incompetent and can’t answer simple questions. The property continuously has crime and nothing is done about it. There’s supposedly a “security guard” but good luck getting them to answer the phone. The property doesn’t have security cameras around the buildings like we were told it did before we moved in. I’ve lived in many apartments in my life and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Vehicles broken into. People trying to break into the apartment. Random people jumping the fence to use the pool. (Which was dirty most of the time) I left my apartment spotless and they kept my security deposit and are charging over $2000 for having to move out a few days early due to a family emergency even though I had already paid them for the entire month. Only been here a few months, but knowing that my rent stays the same and no hidden or extra fees has been a plus. As well as the assigned covered parking! The pool on the other hand, could use a little extra maintenance here and there. Gym is a decent size and it always nice and clean, as well as around the property.

I enjoy living here for the most part. Management is really lacking on the cleanliness of the property. Every single grill area on the property is disgusting. It’s clear they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The pool and pool area is filthy. The garbage cans by the pool are regularly overflowing, which brings flies. Most of the chairs have bird poop on them and grease stains. There are always pieces of trash blown all over the property. It’s unsanitary for people, especially young families. It’s just all around under-maintained, which is not ideal because we pay a lot of money to live here. The residents deserve better. This place would be really nice if management invested some time and thought into the residents. Looks like this place will just end up trashed though if nothing changes.

Arrowstone apartments is a beautiful property. In addition, the management there has been so very helpful assisting to apply for an apartment. I found them to be extremely polite and willing to answer all my questions. Ten out of Ten recommended!
