Love my apartment! I called Maintenance last night cause our stove went out and caused our power to trip off at 8 pm Luis came quick got our power on made sure my stove was unplugged and safe for the night. Luis and Brandon came first thing in the morning found the problem was unfixable and got me a new stove installed before 11am. Very professional place, absolutely love it here!

Living at Avalon has been a positive experience for myself. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to any issues. Luis especially has been a great help in fixing HVAC issues I had this last month and communicating with me. He was very friendly and helpful when resolving the issue. The neighborhood has been quiet and all the amenities have been in good condition for my use. I would recommend living at Avalon.

When we first moved here we had a couple of bad experiences, but with the new administration everything has been way smoother and easy. So grateful for that, and can't really complain about anything, maintenance always move fast when needed and the premises are always clean and neat. Gym & Pool are a nice thing to have! I definitely can recommend anyone to come and live here. Edit: Maintenance has always come clutch when needed. Luis helped us asap with the Garbage Disposal!

To start off, my maintenance guy was Luis. I reported around 9 PM that my water wasn’t getting hot. First thing the next morning, at 7 AM, he called me and said he’d come fix it. He ended up coming back about five times that day because the hot water kept going out, and each time he returned without hesitation. On the fifth visit, he finally found the problem, fixed it, and apologized for the inconvenience. At my old apartment, something like this would’ve taken months to get resolved, so I’m very thankful for Luis
