I recently relocated here to Carlsbad and am very happy to say it was refreshing to meet such caring service at Guaranty Title Co. My husband and I were met with warm and friendly smiles as soon as we entered the business and offered a beverage as we waited. It took a little longer than we expected before we could close on our property, but after a conversation with our closer I was quite impressed with the comprehensive research that had taken place before hand. I would like to acknowledge them for all their hard work and wonderful service they provided to us, so thank you to all the women there at Guaranty Title Co for everything you all went above and beyond.

Very friendly staff. My mortgage company had Guaranty Title Company close my loan. They made sure that I understood everything that I was signing and emailed me a copy of my loan agreement. They were very kind and pretty fast. I would definitely recommend using Guaranty Title Company!

This Title Company is great. The clerk's are super helpful, welcoming, and courteous. I've been coming here to index their tract book for years and I've never had a single bad experience. Their tract books are fairly comprehensive and thorough. As an added perk, and I've seen other title companies do this, bit you can pick up a complimentary soda and snack from their kitchen. They're my go-to title company in Carlsbad and they should be yours, too! I hope this helps someone.

Run, do not walk, away from Guaranty Title. Carlsbad is a small town with limited resources, but if you have another title company alternative, take it. The escrow manager was rude & unprofessional. Needless to say, with leadership like that, it’s no wonder the office has poor performance. Incompetent: Seller provided documentation for the distribution of equity. Guaranty Title created the document detailing the distribution. Seller signed the document but received a completely different distribution amount without explanation beforehand or signature. Not customer focused: Remote signing was emailed with incomplete instruction and follow-through and leaving seller to sort out how to complete all the documents, sign, have notarized, and return via FedEx.
