Pecan valley apartments are like country living in the city. They're nice and quiet, beautiful apartments and very spacious.management is nice and friendly and maintenance was very prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely rent from them again

I’ve been living at my apartment for a year now, and I have to say, the management staff has been absolutely amazing the entire time. They’re not only incredibly friendly but also genuinely helpful whenever I need something. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly, answering questions, or just being approachable and kind around the property, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond. It’s made living here feel comfortable and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making this a great place to call home. Since day one of being here, all I have ever really said is “This doesn’t even feel like it is in Lawton!”. I genuinely love the community here in these apartments! I am ready to call these apartments my home for another year!

I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed living here. Its pretty and covered with mature trees and beautiful plants and such. I needed a handicapped spot and the manager was very helpful and very professional and i am grateful. Trust me!!! worth every penny! If you need an apartment its the perfect place to call home! Management and maintenance are great and you never have to worry about anything. Im glad i decided to live here!

If I could give this establishment negative stars, I would without hesitation. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. I initially paid a $50 application fee, was approved, only to be informed just one month before my move-in, that I had to reapply and pay an additional $50, with no refund for the original fee. Upon moving in, my lease clearly stated I would be provided with two apartment keys and two mailbox keys. However, I was forced to go to the post office and pay $30 out of pocket to obtain my mailbox keys. To top it off, they charge an additional $50 for water, which is tacked on top of the rent. My fiance and I really love living here. When we were apartment searching in Lawton, we were let down by the options available.. and I was a little nervous to even come to this apartment complex. We were moving in from Dallas where everything is relatively new, or still being built. After I scheduled my appointment to come in and see these apartments, I immediately fell in love. Danielle showed me the apartment we currently live in and it is so spacious, so affordable, and very comfortable. I love the high ceilings and the fire place! The amount of closet space too is unbelievable. They are dog friendly, and this was another hard task to find here in Lawton, so immediately I was excited to hear that this was one less thing to worry about.
