Decent public housing run by the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority. Pricing is 30% of an individual or households total monthly income. All utilities and free laundry included in rent. Studios to 2 bedroom units at this 3 story complex.
I would not let any of my relatives live here. The office staff is very rude. There is a man office director he is very disrespectful, very slow and has a nasty attitude I rather pay more money to make sure my mom safe then for her to get bullied by a man with no hair .
False advertising they only accept 62 or older
the leasing agent was so v ery helpful and kind very knowledgeable a d so easy to talk to has a very kind spirit
