Peachtree Creek on Ponce

The manager seems friendly, but not doing her job. They supposedly have 80 units for tax credit or something. They’re not calling no one back for the available bedrooms. She’s helping family and friends out . And not caring about the other new residents Who would like to move here. they don’t answer the phones they don’t return voicemails I mean, how can a community be open doing business hours but the phones are never answered

I’ve been living at PeachTree Creek on Ponce for three years, and while the location is convenient, the management leaves a lot to be desired. Rent has increased by $100 every single year, yet there have been no noticeable improvements to justify these hikes. One of the biggest ongoing issues is dog waste—many tenants don’t pick up after their pets, and despite multiple complaints, management has done little to enforce the rules. Instead of proactively addressing the problem, they put the responsibility on tenants to report violators with photo evidence, which is not a reasonable solution. It's getting out of hand! I can only imagine how these tenants take care of their pets. How would you feel stepping on dog poop? Please do something!

I have been here at Peachtree Creek for 63 days, and so far, so good! I was blown away by the Humanity. I've never lived in an Environment like this, where they not care about you as a Tenant, but, as a Human Being! I am so blessed!

I love this property a lot. It’s very peaceful, quiet and nice. The apartments are very beautiful not only on the outside, but the inside as well. Everything so clean and spacious. You get the home feels once you get settled in. Lastly the managers Sheena Johnson & Christina Maddox. OMG where shall I start! Before even meeting them I heard such great things about them and their work ethics, but to actually have an encounter with them was amazing. They was very patient with me throughout the whole process. They talk me through everything, made sure I stood word for word. If I didn’t understand or needed any help, they was on it. They work very well together as a team and individually. Both Sheena and Christina was kind, nice, soft spoken and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend any

I'm really excited about moving into my new apartment.😊 Quinton at this location has truly been amazing! He has been very responsive, helpful and patient with me throughout my entire application process. I have to admit, I was getting a bit discouraged when I hadn't initially heard back from the property but then after talking to him, I realized that before he started working with the property they were just a bit overwhelmed. I'm glad they have him now and I feel confident from his communication and professionalism, my experience living here will be pleasant.
