Paxton Meadows, an Epcon Community

Building materials are way too cheap you think since it's 55+ community they would use better quality materials that lasts long time but was not impressed at all. Floor was not done properly they have walk in shower but no place to hang towels? Hot water heater don't warm up quick molding Crown is cracking already it's been just a year. And deff not worth was paid over 500k.

We are really enjoying our new home and are thankful that someone else will be tending to our lawn after years of struggling with a huge yard. The staff has been very professional and caring. The neighbors have all been very friendly and we are looking forward to spending many happy years here.

My fiancé Judy and I committed to our home at Paxton Meadows when we committed to each other. Because of Covid and materials shortages the building process has been slower than we hoped but we have never been left in the dark and have received updates and progress reports every step of the way. We’ve always felt our needs were a top priority and Randy and Mark, along with Barbara and Aranza have become more than vendors and more like friends. Great organization.

Paxton Meadows is a beautiful community in our favorite location, Greenville’s Eastside. The building process was creative and included many quality choices. We feel lucky to have found this neighborhood.

Overpriced, community is not for anyone under 55, which is understandable but is kept under the table. Material used for building did not look like top tier quality. Designs were decent at best. Not worth half a million dollars in my opinion.
