Pavilion at The Groves

You know a place is no good when they are begging people to lease by constantly advertising "1 month free" and now a referral program. The ladies in the office are way more loyal to A. Khan properties than they are to customer satisfaction and choosing right vs wrong with regard to resident treatment. Too many issues to name. Stay away!

Pavilion at the Groves is a really great community! The property is well kept, it's quiet, and the management team has impeccable service. I've been working with Rosa since I toured the property and from our initial phone conversation, she has been extremely nice, responsive, and invested in making sure my time on property is comfortable and satisfactory. She answers every question and goes the extra mile. I'm grateful for such an attentive management team and a great community!

Leasing was such an easy and smooth process with the staff of Pavilion at the Groves. Anytime there is an issue, they are quick to respond especially with any maintenance requests. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and management is amazing here. I’ve rented at a lot of complexes and this is by far my favorite. Renewed my lease recently and will continue to do so! I am entering my second year as a resident at The Pavilion at the Groves, and I am very grateful for the prompt manner in which work orders are handled. Requests are communicated clearly and resolved efficiently, which is especially appreciated given my busy work schedule. It is reassuring to come home knowing that any concerns are addressed in a timely and reliable way. The staff is attentive, professional, and consistently helpful. Visiting the leasing office is always a positive experience, as they make me feel safe, welcomed, and heard whenever I have questions or need assistance. I also truly enjoy the resident amenities, including the weekly food trucks organized by the office team. These thoughtful efforts provide a wonderful convenience after a long day and demonstrate genuine care

I toured the apartments with Maggie and Lucy and I’m honestly so excited! They made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. They were super friendly, informative, and really took their time showing me everything. You can tell they care about what they do. I can definitely see myself living here soon!
